We bought our car from Chad and Tom and had a great experience and did not need any service til our air conditioning went out which led us to our first experience with service department and from the scheduling and repair the service was top notch. Ordering parts and working with our warranty.

Very satisfied. More work than I expected but the advice as to the need or desireability of it was explained well. What Loaner car wasn’t a Mercedes but it was a good running Toyota, so no issues. Service advisor Cody was very efficient and your cashier is a wonderful, warm person.

GR Motorcar have very knowledge technicians they are very skilled at what they do. I have used other service centers, including dealers and GR Motorcar is the best.

I appreciate the fact that they are clear about the options and costs. Greatly appreciated that they suggested Coffman to see if they could repair a window leak rather than just having me shell out $2600
