I would have given a very low rating with a very long story, however bottom line I had an issue and spoke with Kathy in the office. She was very professional and courteous. She listened while I went on and on and SHE apologized repeatedly. SHE is the only reason I am giving a 5 star, I could tell that SHE really cares about the business and will do everything SHE can to make it right. She did refund me part of my money and said the owner would be calling. Never heard from him. I am still negative $178 including my expenses for traveling to return a very expensive piece of equipment they forgot in my vehicle. Lesson learned. Thank you Kathy for the partial refund. Something is better than nothing.

My wife and I purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord 5 years ago. When we test drove the vehicle I thought it was slow in acceleration but passed it off as being a 4 cylinder and bought it. We drove the car for 3 more years without any issues then part of the timing system began failing. Rob and his team replaced the needed parts which was no small job as it took a trained mechanic 6 hours to tear down the engine and reassemble it. The car then ran like it did before but the team test drove the car over a 2 day period and did not feel it was right. Rob decided to tear it down a second time when they discovered the timing was off by one tooth which they corrected at no cost to us. When I got the car back the acceleration felt like a sports car. It is so much fun to drive now. As a former mechanic it means a great deal to me having a group like Rob's to protect my interests. Trust is BIG in the auto mechanic business. Sincerely, Jim Hudson
