Grand Rapids Motorcar did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle. Every repair was explained to my satisfaction. When I picked up my car they had washed it and an interior stain on my roof from a hydraulic leak had been cleaned to like new condition. Excellent communication as well. I'll definitely use Grand Rapids Motorcar again for servicing. Services: Electrical repair, Transmission, Engine repair

Checked all systems and made two recommendations for repairs. I agreed. Service is great and very personal. They offered to fix something that would normally cost $200, without charging me because it wasn't fixed when I purchased the car 2 1/2 years earlier. Very nice benefit. Service: Oil change
