Very attentive and professional. I felt very welcomed from the first time I walked into the reception area, as I had never been here before. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine from the Michiana BMW club and I was a little apprehensive, as I was having some major maintenance and repairs done to my 92 BMW 325i and had never used their service before. I needn't have worried though, as Rob met with me and detailed my service requests and then showed me around the facility and introduced me to some of the staff, including Sam, the tech who would be working on my car. Rob even arranged for Scott, one of the other techs, to drive me home to Zeeland after I left my car with them. From there, they made a very concise detailed write up of my vehicle, including pictures and recommendations for service. After I approved selected repairs, Cody went to work for a couple of days researching parts availability and getting everything coordinated. Repairs were then completed in a few days and they even delivered my car to another local company that was replacing the convertible top for me. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and attention my car and I received and so far so good. My first experience at GRMC has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place they can trust to treat them and their vehicle properly. I will be back! I went to this dealership wanting to test drive a Ford Escape and was greeted with open arms by Chad Williams and I was made to feel like family..Tom the owner is a great guy too (he even offered me an ice cream sandwich ;) anyways Chad allowed me as much time as I needed to drive this car and be sure it was right for me.. It was very easy to call and schedule an appointment to get some services and repairs on my 2018 Mercedes C-class. I really love how clean and spacious their facility is, and the staff is so friendly. Christina was my car service liaison and she was nothing short of amazing!! From checking on my warranty to making an accommodation for me after a miscommunication, to keeping me updated through my service process, she was awesome! She explained everything after the inspection, and was even kind enough to break it down in a way that I could relay back to my significant other so we could move forward with repairs. I also like how streamline the inspection report is prior to repairs and the fact you can go over it with them over the phone and approve repairs easily. Christina was kind enough to help me prioritize certain things the car may need done. I am also very pleased with how my car sounds and drives, and the turn around was pretty good too.
