Superior service. I stopped by GR Motorcar to schedule a few services, one being a burned out front headlight that needed a bulb replacement. Though it was very close to closing time they said they didn’t want me to leave without that replaced- called to get the bulb delivered & replaced it. We scheduled the remaining work needed for 2 days later. When later serviced they did a thorough inspection and outlined clearly what might be needed. They immediately understood I wanted essentials done & did not go overboard to push other costly items that could wait ( my Prius had almost 200,000 miles & is running well, but I’m trying to decide whether to replace car soon or wait). All staff were very friendly, upfront, and explained everything clearly. Communication was easy and straightforward. Thank you!
