Great dealership alternative, highly recommended! Only place I trust to take my BMW’s and Dodge Stealth. Ask for Christina R. as a service advisor and Tom F. as the service tech.

I live in Grand Rspids and was a former customer of Crown Toyota of Holland because I am very particular about who works on our cars. Due to changes in personnel/mechanics at their service facility, I was looking for a place closer to home that would meet my needs. Grand Rapids MotorCar has exceeded my expectations and I have/would highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior service. Cody Anderson, the service advisor, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and does a thorough job explaining any repair issues. He has won me over in the trust department, a rare achievement for someone as fussy as I am. In addition, the rest of the personnel are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
