Excellent interaction with all staff, as always. This was a balance and rotate and they are meticulous. These are expensive Mercedes AMG wheels. They have "touchless" tire mounting, if need be. They used the " gas cap" tire pressure settings, to ensue valid. Also noted the condition of tires. Finally, the car was noticeably better, after the service.

Grand Rapids Motorcar was great to work with. The Team is very knowledgeable and very thorough. They made the whole repair seem simple. The quotes were quick and so was the repair. I would definitely recommend Rob and his technicians to anybody. This will be my vehicle repair shop from here on out.

Car running amazing like new. Detail job 12/10 even cleaned our car seats which we never expected. Just awesome.
