So thankful I was referred to Grand Rapids Motorcar! Once my classic car was dropped off, Scott began working promptly and had it ready for pick up within a few days. He is incredibly knowledgeable and displays great attention to detail. I appreciate his great communication and felt informed the whole time. He went above and beyond to get my car done in time for a show. Very pleasurable to work with. Thank you so much Scott for taking such great care of my car!!! I love that I can finally just relax and enjoy my classic knowing it is in good hands.

All my vehicles are serviced here with excellent care give to each , no matter the issue. I always feel that I’m given VIP treatment with timing, loaner car availability, and courtesy. The whole team is very professional and responsive. I buy my cars here and will always have them serviced by GRM.

Best experience ever. It’s never fun when your car has to be towed to the shop, but you guys made it easy for me. Luckily it was a minor repair and Cody kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you all!!
