This car shop is the most honest I have been in Grand rapids, they have service my old BMW E 39 plenty of times, sometimes I would go there for "noises" and they would tell me , NO there is nothing wrong with your BMW"...I know nothing about cars and I tell you im the perfect target to be lied to, and a few times i had my car checked and they were honest to tell me there is nothing wrong!...All the services they have been doing were very well serviced, now I have a 2017 BMW and i go there for my oil changes, drive all the way from Brighton as I had moved, they are cheaper than BMW dealer do not go to BMW as they are a rip off, go here to GRAND RAPIDS MOTOCAR....Rob the manager listens to all your problem and is very knowledgeable, and very gracious I recommend this shop thumbs up Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change, Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Extremely professional, helpful and accommodating for my vehicle repair. Was sent here on a recommendation for my 4WD issues on my 2012 Ford F-150. From diagnostics to the actual repair everything was done quickly and done with quality and care. Will be returning here for any work I need from this point forward
