It was very easy to call and schedule an appointment to get some services and repairs on my 2018 Mercedes C-class. I really love how clean and spacious their facility is, and the staff is so friendly. Christina was my car service liaison and she was nothing short of amazing!! From checking on my warranty to making an accommodation for me after a miscommunication, to keeping me updated through my service process, she was awesome! She explained everything after the inspection, and was even kind enough to break it down in a way that I could relay back to my significant other so we could move forward with repairs. I also like how streamline the inspection report is prior to repairs and the fact you can go over it with them over the phone and approve repairs easily. Christina was kind enough to help me prioritize certain things the car may need done. I am also very pleased with how my car sounds and drives, and the turn around was pretty good too.
