I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for some time and am very pleased with the service I have received. Their prices are fair and they do quality work. They take the time to communicate in detail as to the work needed and answer any questions I may have. Recently I bought a Mercedes from their used car division and dealt with the owner Tom. After taking a 2000 mile trip I had an issue with the suspension which was not covered on the warranty. They repaired it and Tom gave me a discount on the repair which was most kind and unexpected. Thank you, Tom. He did tell me that he was more interested in building good relationships with people rather than just making money. He was speaking the truth as evidenced in how he has treated me. The people who work here have always been pleasant to deal with and will continue to get my business.

Not only was Bob pleasant and professional, he helped me save money on the repair needed when he didn't have to. I'd say that's above and beyond service. Having a loaner while repairs were made was a huge bonus. I will continue to do business with them in the future and keep them in mind for friends and family.

When I needed to change my appointment time and day for the safety of my vehicle, they made room in their schedule for what I needed and got my car into the shop in less than an hour from the time I called. Situations vary, and they’re probably slammed some days, but I was very grateful for this.
