I live in Grand Rspids and was a former customer of Crown Toyota of Holland because I am very particular about who works on our cars. Due to changes in personnel/mechanics at their service facility, I was looking for a place closer to home that would meet my needs. Grand Rapids MotorCar has exceeded my expectations and I have/would highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior service. Cody Anderson, the service advisor, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and does a thorough job explaining any repair issues. Sam at GR Motorcar did a great job with the repair on our 2019 Subaru Outback & Cody handled all the paperwork with our warranty coverage. The ball joint & tie rod repair was done in a timely manner. We are very satisfied & would recommend GR Motorcar for regular vehicle maintenance.

Very detailed overall inspectiin. However, the repair prices were extremely expensive.

At Grand Rapids Motorcar we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction for all our clients. It is our mission to make sure your vehicle is not only safe but will also run smoothly for as many miles driven. The Multi-point & Safety Inspection which you authorized ($65) does show our customers a lot of information about their vehicle's health. That can sometimes overwhelm our clients if not presented correctly, which I hope was not the case. It's our goal to make sure we break down every repair we quote based on your Concern, Safety, and finally Preventive Maintenance. Because you declined all the repairs except the inspection perhaps we may not have explained the value of those repairs, as well as our 3yr/36k parts & labor Peace of Mind Warranty, offered as a NAPA Gold AutoCare Center.
