My experience with Grand Rapids Motorcar was excellent! From the time I was greeted at the front desk, I was impressed with the quality of service. The service manager kept me appraised of the progress of my job. He introduced me to the mechanic who would be doing the work. The mechanic accurately diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and informed me along the way. The work was done in a timely fashion. Overall, I could not be happier. I highly recommend Grand Rapids Motorcar, especially if you have a classic that you really care about.

Best experience with a car repair shop I've ever had!! The tech took pictures of the items needing repair which they emailed to me! The service writer kept me updated throughout the time the car was there. They provided a ride home after I dropped it off and a ride back to pick it up after it was done. And, I was offered coffee and baked goodies!

A colleague suggested I check this shop out and I am glad that I did! Cody was my case representative coordinating inspection and repairs and was very thorough and great to work with. The repairs and maintenance performed, I can feel an improvement in my drive. I will be going back when it comes time.

I went to GRMC for an alignment on my 2000 Corvette and wouldn't change a thing about their process. They were even happy to work with the custom racing alignment specs I brought in and gave me a before/after report of where my numbers were when complete. They did the job quickly on short notice and charged me a rate that was more than fair. Seriously... 5-star everything.
