Rob, Bob and the team were wonderful to work with! All the way down to friendly conversation with the service guy who shuttled me to work that morning. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and people friendly! They didn’t try to upsell me, they were patient and worked with my time/resources. They created a game plan for future concerns that needed addressed and handled what I brought my vehicle in for, in a day! Wonderful company to do business with if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair facility. 10/10 recommend.

I have a very unusual vehicle. It is a right drive diesel Mitsubishi Delica, built and sold in Japan. It is hard to find anyone that will work on it. I had it at a different shop, and beyond replacing the battery, they didn’t know what to do. So I brought it to GR Motorcar. They told me up front they don’t have computer diagnostics for this vehicle. They spent two days trying to find the problem. When I picked it up, it was running great, and the problem had been fixed. They did a great job at finding the issue, and correcting it. All at a fair price, and, I felt, with lots of concern about getting me up and running again. This is now my go to in GR for my unique ride.

Service advisor Bob and master technician Tom F provided excellent service for my recent repair appointment. Great communication, convenient financing options for my repair bill and a completed service with no warning or service dash lights on when I picked my vehicle up. Strongly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Everything was handled great. The appointment was made one day and my Yukon was fixed the next day. That was very much appreciated.
