The best auto service center in Grand Rapids. It's easy to make timely appointments, they provide excellent service (including text updates) and I appreciate the attention to detail w regard to maintenance needs of my Jeep, with items that need to be fixed now, and later. Service techs are all certified, trustworthy, and they take great care of our cars. Cody is a great service rep, he provides clear communication and updates, and I appreciate having one consistent rep who gets to know me and our vehicles. They also offer coupons that help w costs, too! Highly recommend GR Motor, you simply won't find this kind of service and care elsewhere in town.

Review: Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most! I cant say enough good things about the incredible team at GR MotorCar! My family and I were stranded 3 hours away from home when our car broke down, (alternator went out) and we were really starting to feel the pressure of being stuck in an unfamiliar area. Once our insurance found a shop that was willing to look at it right away, we knew we werent alone. We assumed we would have to either rent a car and come back down to pick up ours when it was fixed. Or get a hotel and stay until it was fixed. We have a 4yr old, and didnt want us to have to wait any longer. So they jumped right on it and got it fixed in under 3hrs! They went above and beyond to accommodate our situation, providing excellent service while treating us like friends. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially in such a tight spot. Im so grateful for their help and highly recommend them if youre ever in need of an auto repair shop that truly cares about their customers!
